The Wired System.

The wired system requires cables, like a telphone cable, to be installed between each sensor and the control unit.

Generally, this is not a problem and there is no mess left for you to clear up.

The cables are hidden where possible and if any cables are run on the surface they will be neat and as unobtrusive as possible.

The component cost of a wired system is less than a wireless system, but the labour content is higher.
