We offer two basic systems, a wired system or a wirless system.

The two systems can also be combined. This is useful where cabling is possible in certain areas, but not possible in others.

The wireless system offers more flexibility as wire free emergency call pendants can be added, even water proof ones which can be worn in the shower. It is also possible to add wire free smoke detectors and heat detectors for the kitchen area. There are also gas and carbon monoxide sensors, all wire free.

The choice is yours!

The system is fully automatic with sensors placed at strategic points around the property. They can be placed at the top of the cold water tank, the top of the WC cistern, under the bath, near the washing machine and any other place where water may leak.

If a leak is detected the control equipment automatically sends a signal to the electrically operated stop cock valve, which switches off the water supply to the premises.

There is an audible warning to alert you to the problem, should you be at home.

The control equipment indicates the area which has detected the leak for you, or your plumber to investigate the problem.

In addition to these functions, there is a switch, similar to a light switch, which allows you to manually switch off the cold water supply when you leave the premises. You could even turn it off at night if you wished.

The system offers you total control of the cold water supply without ever having to locate the stop cock.

It protects your property against water leak damage round the clock, 24 hours a day, all year around.

When the system detects a leak it can also activate a speech unit which connects to the telephone line and can automatically dial 3 numbers of your choice with a meassage of your choice. This can then alert others, or even you via your mobile, to the problem. Very useful if you are on holiday of course.

If you do not have a telephone line, we can supply you with a similar device which uses a SIM card from a pay-as-you-go 'phone and connects to the mobile network, so you can always be informed of problems.

It is strongly recommended to install the speech unit to alert others to the problem.
